Her rapid growth shifted market dynamics to the point where AT&T acquired Leap in 2014. From there, Rose partnered with T-Mobile and MetroPCS, spending more than a decade building success in the wireless industry. Today, Rose directs many different businesses and is focused on redirecting capital to women and reshaping the landscape of how investors and founders engage. She equips founders to think like investors and investors with the skill to walk away from destructive founders.
